ICOM PUBLISHES INFORMATION ON CONSUMER ATTITUDES ABOUT COUPONS
ICOM, a division of Epsilon Targeting, published a white paper and survey results summarizing consumer attitudes and behaviors about coupons. More than 6,700 consumers in the United States and Canada were included in the survey, which found continued heavy intent to use coupons even if the recession were to end. Read the full white paper here and check out the survey results here.
In the results of a separate survey, ICOM reported that young adults ages 18-34 preferred to receive coupon offers via postal mail and newspapers rather than online sources such as social media platforms. The results indicate manufacturers and retailers should employ a multi-channel approach to their couponing programs. Read the full Progressive Grocer article here.
