Ross Ely is ProLogic's President & CEO. He manages all aspects of the company's business, including coupon receivables management and consumer marketing services. In April 2012, Ross led ProLogic's acquisition of S&H Loyalty Solutions, now called ProLogic Consumer Marketing Services. Also in April 2012, Ross received the Industry Impact Award from the Association of Coupon Professionals (ACP). Ross also serves on the Board of Directors of the ACP.
Ross has been with ProLogic for four years, and previously served as the company's Vice President of Marketing from 2008- 2011. In this role, he organized ProLogic's Customer Board of Advisors and helped build ProLogic's digital coupon clearing program.
Prior to joining ProLogic, Ross was Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at MicronPC, Ross also was Director of Product Marketing at Apple during the 1990s. Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Michael comes to ProLogic with over 20 years of experience in IT. He has built and restructured effective IT organizations within many technology based and manufacturing companies. Michael is highly experienced in dealing with IT as it relates to intricate corporate carve outs, business consolidations and mergers and acquisitions.
As Vice President of IT, Michael's role is one with a strategic impact. Effective IT systems and strategies translate to industry-best processing costs and processing efficiency and speed, secure inventory management, accuracy, and accountability. Michael is executing an IT vision and roadmap that will ensure that ProLogic maintains a premiere competitive position.
Prior to ProLogic, Michael worked at The Gores Group where, as Director IS/IT, he had corporate level responsibility for infrastructure and technology for the private equity organization and for some of its portfolio companies in high tech and manufacturing industries. He has held a variety of IT and technology positions in public and privately held corporations throughout the US.
Bill Giesman manages the financial affairs of ProLogic, including the coupon redemption business and the consumer marketing services. Bill has over 20 years in financial management with roles in financial management of manufacturing companies and financial consulting.
Bill began working for ProLogic as a consultant in June 2012 and was hired as the VP of Finance in January 2013. Bill has certifications as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a PMP (Project Management Professional). He has a Bachelor or Arts in Business Administration from Cedarville University and an MBA from Indiana University.
Guy manages all aspects of the Sales, Marketing and Client Services functions for the PCMS division of ProLogic. Guy has been a leader in the loyalty and digital marketing industry for the past thirteen years working for S&H Solutions, Pay by Touch and YOU Technology respectively.
Prior to joining S&H Solutions, Guy had extensive sales and marketing experience as Vice President of Customer Marketing for the Pepperidge Farm division of the Campbell’s Soup Company as well as Director of Sales and Marketing Integration for the Nabisco Biscuit Company. Guy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Towson University and an MBA from Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business.
Al has been in customer specific marketing for more than 20 years. He began working with reward programs in 1990 with the Vision Value Club, a manufacturer supported program in supermarkets. Since that time, Al has worked with many retailers to develop customer marketing programs that make a difference for retailers.
Prior his career in customer marketing, Al enjoyed 16 years with the Xerox Corporation, working in service management and sales.
