Ross Ely – President

Ross Ely is ProLogic's President. He has been with ProLogic for three years, previously as the company's Vice President of Marketing from 2008 until July 2011. In this role, Ross managed customer communications, industry relations and helped build ProLogic's digital coupon clearing program. He organized ProLogic's Board of Advisors and represented the company on the ACP's Board of Directors. Ross also led ProLogic's effort in digital coupon clearing, a market in which ProLogic has taken an industry leadership position.

Prior to joining ProLogic, Ross was Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at MicronPC, one of the top ten PC companies in the US from 1997-2008. He played a key role in planning and integrating the company's acquisition of Gateway's professional PC business in 2007. Ross also held product marketing positions at Apple during the 1990s.

Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

James R. Owens – VP of Finance

James Owens is a seasoned financial manager with an operations focus. He has served businesses in transition in senior financial leadership roles for more than 20 years. James' experience includes leading management teams as they develop and execute innovative, customer-focused business models for retail and retail-related businesses. This experience also includes privately-owned companies with high-volume transaction processing – factory automation systems, check processing systems and commercial banks.

James holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Indianapolis.

Kelly A. H. Fuller, CPA – Chief Compliance Officer

As ProLogic's Chief Compliance Officer, Kelly Fuller ensures ProLogic maintains the highest level of discipline in meeting established industry standards. An experienced financial resource, Kelly has worked for the past 20 years in the financial and accounting operations of Fortune 500 companies, public & privately held companies, start-ups and turnarounds. Kelly has held several integral positions with Micron Technology, Inc. and its subsidiaries, was CFO in a real estate development firm and has consulted for companies, both independently and through Resources Global Professionals, in a variety of critical financial roles.
